Transfer to another enterprise extension - a lot of times the mobile person a caller reaches does not have the answer they need but knows someone else in the company who can help, but unless they can transfer the call to that person, the caller must hang up and dial separately. With transfer to another enterprise extension feature, the mobile user can pass the call to another extension or named user in the directory without the caller having to hang up and redial. This way the caller is not inconvenienced by having to dial the company a second time.
